With 18 years in the industry, Charles has developed strong relationships with key stakeholders, including charterers and vessel owners, and has successfully optimised trade flows, managed end-to-end supply chains, and resolved operational challenges to deliver exceptional service. Previously, she served as Senior Operations Manager and Team Leader – East Pacific at Norvic Shipping Asia, overseeing international trading activities and complex voyage operations. She has also held key roles at Oldendorff Carriers and F.H. Bertling.
